We invest in cash flow-generating properties. We focus on maximizing our investor’s equity growth and are constantly looking for undervalued gems with great potential, all while making sure they meet strict criteria like immediate repayment ability
Manage
We utilize in house management to increase income, decrease expenses, and manage tenant satisfaction. This helps drive Net Operating Income, and ultimately, investor returns.
Distribute
We take a balanced long term approach with targeted equity growth. We also know that regular cash flow is important. That’s why we process regular distributions — typically either monthly or quarterly depending on the offering.
